Now available for sale the original blueprints of Summerwind Mansion for Robert P. Lamont, Esq., circa 1916 by Talmadge & Watson, architects.

Blueprints contain 9 pages, 32" x 21", and include inside layouts of all floors and outside views of all sides.  These prints are extremely detailed and include fireplaces, moulding and trim, stone and brickwork, all windows, doors, etc.  Also shows all plumbing, electrical and heating.

These blueprints are for the main house, service house, playhouse and guest cabins included in the original estate.  Also included is a surveyor's map of the property showing the house as it sat on the lakefront.

The blueprints are in very good condition, considering they are 95 years old!  They are still very readable and could easily be used to recreate Summerwind in every way.
